GRANGE HEATHLAND RESERVE

Public BBQ

This charming park offers a unique blend of natural beauty and intriguing history. The spacious grounds feature native heath flora, towering pine trees, and wooden sculptures scattered throughout. Children gravitate toward the distinctive UFO-themed playground equipment, including slides, swings, and a zipline, making it a hit with families. The park borders a golf course and includes sheltered seating areas and walking trails through natural bushland. Wildlife enthusiasts often spot blue tongue lizards basking in the morning sun. The location holds fascinating historical significance from the 1960s UFO sightings. With ample parking, public facilities, and peaceful surroundings tucked away from main roads, it provides an ideal setting for family gatherings and nature walks, though visitors should be cautious of mosquitoes after sunset.
